Round two of the South Coast Group 7 Junior Rugby League continued on Saturday, with all Kiama Junior Knights teams playing away games due to the closure of Chittick Oval with the Red Hot Summer tour.
A highlight of the weekend was the Under 10s team representing the Junior Knights at WIN Stadium. The team took on the Dapto Junior Canaries in wet conditions, just before kick off in the St George Illawarra Dragons versus Cronulla Sharks local derby!
There are no games this Saturday, however normal games will resume on 28 April.
The Junior Knights are still
looking to recruit a few more players for the Under 16s team. Any boys who are 15 or 16 years old and interested in playing league this year, should contact the Coach, Simon Foster on 0439 430 394 for more information.
